Prepare to have abortion criminalized. (He plans to murder a couple of Supreme Court justices so he can replace them with his favorite anti-abortionists.) And women who have abortions "must be punished", in his words.
Prepare to die quietly if you need medical care and don't have employer-sponsored coverage, because the insurance company Death Panels will tell you to do just that if he gets his way. He thinks he'll be able to repeal Obamacare immediately.
