Believe it or not, It was the midgrade between being a cub scout and a full scout, and yes, it really was spelled that way.

Weblows were eventually dropped although I'm not exactly sure what the official reason was, but I'm willing to guess. As a bit more history on my, err, Chris' scouting experiences, the main reason that my troop never became full-on scouts was because our troop masters kept keeling over. No lie, we lost two in a row in one year. Looking back, I'm guessing that we kinda blew our chances at getting that mortician's badge.
