A great paper as it was. Now, like the Uniontown Herald-Standard, the O-R will find its payroll brutally slashed and be downsized into nothing by the cheapskate owner of the Pirates.

The sale doesn't close until Sept. 30. If things run true to form, the layoffs will come a week or two later. I know personally of at least one O-R person who's sending out resumes.

I hope they are ready for the mass firing. In about two weeks half of that company will be told they no longer have jobs.
