hi jon here. I agree with jeff, I think that the foundry would make an exceptionaly pituresque 'lobby' area to the proposed new flats. It would be like entering a very high class hotel but in your own home!!!! The only problem being that band`s sets after 7o`clock would wake Mrs bloor in flat7B`s baby, and she would probably have to walk it around the upstairs bar for hours to get it back to sleep again.....then she`d have to go to work the next day.anyway.....
