this video violates terms of service. youtube full well knows this. it
contains libel, threats, hate, bigotry... it contains every element
you're terms of service say are not allowed. no bullying, no libelous
slanderous defamation, no personal information about other users,
no false accusations and or harassing people who the user thinks are
connected to the subject. vitriolic and hate filled messages
including bigotry and false claims or accusations of illegal criminal
activities such as abuse to children, rape, incest and other
criminal violations. this video is clearly violating all the standards
set forth by your rules and terms of service.

when i posted this information into another video by the user in
question, your youtube team removed it. so this user is allowed
to defame me and my name online using youtube but when i respond to it
and point out the information is not true google, alphabet
or CCP says to delete my defense or rebuttal? as this video has been
reported since it was first uploaded by a well know abuser
of internet platforms. he has been kicked off youtube and shadow
banned by youtube and other platforms across the web for
this type of criminal activity.

donald carlos seoane aka donny long has been harassing me name online
since 2011. he has also attempted to attack members of
my family or people he thinks are related to me via his searches
online. he has been systematically following and or stalking my name
and anyone who's name comes up in searches... his pages are filled
with many videos which are also illegal and are highly questionable
and legally actionable by courts and district attorney's...

what he is doing is attacking businesses in florida for not wearing
masks... he is attacking florida officials about boat docks. he's
making threats... he's made videos threatening and stalking a woman named
monica foster. he has several accounts currently online and live on
the youtube platform. he has this account:

he has uploaded an illegal video accusing me of several charges of child
abuse and or rape... are you seriously going to tell me this is
legally allowed to be posted online for general public to view? none of this
information is true and if it is he needs to prove it. he cannot prove
anything that never happened. using my family name and making such
allegations is assassination of my character online.

used to harass my family or people he thinks are related to me by
search engine results. google clearly knows exactly why it's illegal
and the fact mr. donald seoane has a long track record of doing this
type of criminal activity online for many years. he has done it on
facebook, twitter etc.

he uses his wife's name heather deep (nantita seoane) and or nanny
keys as she is known in sarasota florida where they are being
sued and evicted form the sun n fun rv park they are living at. the
authorities and the staff... residents have demanded they move out and
local courts are currently dealing with the situation legally there...
this has been going on since 2011... he's using these accounts as a
weapon to harass and libel other people here:

sexual content of his wife on the youtube page... making money of the sensationalism
of his hate speech and threats. this is also clearly terms of service
violations yet youtube has not removed it.

blocking accounts and shadow banning aren't enough in this situation
so leaving those accounts online with that defaming information i
feel is being done on purpose. google is responsible for this as you
people are refusing to enforce terms of service on this user and
remove these offensive and disturbing videos from your platform. why is
google doing this?

we can sit here all day long and go around and around about what is
going on but i can bet this much if i posted the same type of content
on your platforms my accounts would be deleted. proof of this is when
i posted legally public information interview from dan przygoda a
journalist who put up an interview about donny long your team there
shut it down... a public domain interview that was clearly online
on youtube and other platforms. donny long is a public figure. you
removed public news related article pertaining to the daily mail
charlie sheen hiv story and dan przygoda did the interview with donny long
about jason quinlan's daily mail expose... why would google remove
a video that was easy to get anywhere online?

why is google, alphabet, ccp attacking my name online by allowing this
user to defame me this way? how is it legal for this user to post
accusations that are not true and accusing someone of child rape in a
video from his own mouth... how is this not criminal?

no way can google justify allowing this content online by this user.
there is no legal standing and freedon of speech cover this type of
harassment and criminal activity using your platform. your platform is
violating your own terms of service and we both know it as you
allow my name to be abused this way.
