For the nurse administrator: Ma'am maylin: how would you react on this short note I gave to doc vic today? Are notes like this proper? Thanks: Doc,

Patient’s condition as verbalized by the son (bearer of this note) The father could not come for consultation or medical treatment due to economic reasons..

.. and here’s the patient’s son asking for any meds from you for his father to drink.

The patient complains of rheumatism.
Sometimes he (the patient) could not walk for 3 days.
Now he can walk but slowly (just enduring the pain)

Are you giving him any meds doc and what is/are those?
He (patient) works as maintenance personnel in a bakery
The patient wants to avail of our free medicine. Thanks Doc.
-Carlo
