I hate being spanked and the naked time that precedes and follows the spanking. But I know that this type of punishment is something that I need to help me to behave and be a responsible adult. I think you sum up my feelings after I'm punished -- very loving, submissive, respectful, secure and happy, to which I would add a feeling of being cleansed and refreshed. It is unfortunate that I cannot achieve these without regular spankings but at least my husband and parents know what I need.
