Hi Ashley I hope this forum becomes more active. My husbands plan is genius and if I am honest very effective. My punishment spankings have decreased and we are happier. Going down the list daily is humbling and knowing I am in control behave well and I get a lovely otk good girl spanking. Misbehave and add hard swats bent over the bed. It makes a girl twice about actions during the day. Did I clean this properly was my attitude good did I exercise and eat well. So although it can be a very painful experience I am grateful for his dedication to me. You are right the after effect is heavenly as well ;)
