and will try to cheer a little louder and more often myself...sometimes a kick in the pants from someplace gets you moving, sometimes a rousing cheer says Let's go, we're behind you. Maybe a carrot and stick approach? I will bring carrots and let someone else wield the stick and hope we all have a little fun.
