answer i got from voy is that they are overtaxed by the amount of usage they are getting.
remember the site is free.
they were not prepared for the amount of interest that their forums are getting,
for instance the siena board will probably surpass the 1,000,000 mark by the end of the month.
one advantage i see in the new board is that there will be less crap so the site should remain fast.
i am very impressed with the speed of the new forum and hope to see everyone there soon.
