No and I haven’t seen your application yet either Yank? What's the hold up this isn't the Iona board where they discriminate against members, Not to mention they are afraid to post in the light of day, instead preferring to post in secrecy like some neo nazi group, no as long as you have a valid Email address you can gain access to the Siena board
