Hill can talk this way because of his ridiculous contract. He has made Fordham a national laughingstock. This is a textbook example of why colleges usually give contracts in 4 year increments. If you have to offer someone a ten year deal to convinve them to work for you, it should be a sign that they reaklly don't want to work for you, but are willing to take advantage of your stupidity.

He's been complaining about their facilities, budget, and just about everything else since he got there. He has an utter lack of respect for his employers. Every coach has gripes I'm sure, but most don't air them out in public. How can they expect someone to do a good job if they're not enjoying what they do? They are stuck with Hill for at least another 4 to 5 years before they can afford to can him. It's going to be a decade before Fordham's program is revived. Hell, Siena may be an Atlantic 10 power by then. I used to go over to their board and give them a hard time, but I pity them now, because no one deserves this.
