I don't see Tony's beloved Purple Eagles mentioned for post season possibilities. Connecticut press doesn't seem to think Niagara is top 4.

Getting back to your original post, I'll pull a Jack here and give the benefit of the doubt to Lanier and say the context of the quote has to do with focusing on each game one at a time and not where you rank in the standings.
