Couldn't agree more. Lanier let that team back(granted the -players were on the floor) but nothing changed as Marist scored 43 points in the last 13 minutes. That hardly seems possible. A press may have forced some mistakes and with the atheletes this team has, it should have been an option.
Between Lanier's mistakes and Prospers lazy play ( I was laughing as fans had to basically boot him in the ass to get up the court) Siena is really hamstrung in close games. If Prosper is not WIDE open and set, he hardly ever makes a shot (hence the 8 for 30) same can be said for Andrews. Jordan showed heart, as did Mitchell and Haddix to a point, that was it. ALthough it is hard for post guys top get fired uo when they NEVER touch the ball!
I still say that Haddix is th ebest player on the team. Prosper is just to wishy washy to get that role. Campbell said today in the TU that Prosper is the most versatile player in the league, so why does he consistently throw in clunkers? Flores doesn't!
