Subject: Only one offensive set???

Does anyone know of any other College Basketball teams that never changes their offensive set even if the opponont switches from zone to man or vice versa? I know Lanier's office has many options, but every year for the past 3 he has had a 8-10 game slide, before he changes the offensive. I just don't understand it, the offensive does not provide for open looks - players still have to create their own shots which wasn't a problem when you have Archibold or Karangwa. I just don't get it.
