Will "play" much better when the have a real PG on the floor who can get them the ball at the right time in the right spot, etc....

Hopefully, Brent will also benefit from this. Maybe I am wrong but it seems to me that HE is the one that could really put this team on his back if Siena had a REAL PG and ran plays to get him the ball in position....
