i have no idea of the cost of getting a school bus and driver for at least 4 hours.
i just figured 100 bux an hour.
so figure 400 x 14 games. that comes out to 5600 bux.
throw in a hot dog and soda per band member.
it adds up in a hurry.
probably b able to work out something with the arena. i dont know. siena doesnt run the concessions.
maybe someone else has a better handle on the expenses.
i would imagine that STEWARTS (they were always good to me)
and FREIHOFERS (another good bunch of people) would be willing to help.
probably be able to get STEWARTS to sponser a battle of the bands with containers at every store.
hell john i used to get money from the democrats and republicans for youth basketball programs. all u have to do is ask.
the service clubs are good for bux too. they have to give money away.
the money is out there that is not the problem, the logistics is the problem cuz we would not be siena sponsered.
we would be something like the SIENA SEASON TICKET HOLDERS PEP AND JAZZ ENSEMBLE BAND.
if every season ticket holder gave 2 bux u got enough money.
