Band a great idea, but it'll never fly. They've been trying since the '89 NCAA appearance at Greensboro and they just don't get enough backing from the administration and participation from the students. If you remember they hired a band at Greensboro, had adults and kids play at the Arc and had a small group of about eight play (very meekly I might add) at the ARC before they moved permanently down to the Knick/Pepsi. Also, had a band for a short while down there and they too played softly that would barely bother an insomniac.
