Who cares if that equates to a "sell out"? It's double the Knick and tix (however bad) are available right up until tip off.

As for DC, anybody who played it smart could've gotten tix for face value or maybe a little more. I did. The same is probably true for the Knick, actually. Just wait until the last minute. Thing is, not too many people play it smart. They either pay thru the nose or give up quick.
