Well the game played out a little different then I thought it would. Iona put up a good fight despite their short bench. Saints went back to their strength playing good defense and controlling the boards 42-37. PLUS freshmen Mike Haddix of Philly once again played a super game with 18pts and 7 rebounds.

The Turnover problem however isn't going away 19 tonite which is very ugly. Additionally the Saints only shot .37%.

We still need to work on taking care of the ball and shooting.

But a win is a win. Now having won 2 of 3 tough games Providence, Jaspers, and Gaels, I see the Saints winning 18 and being in great shape come the league tournament.

One final note SJN (the school Haddix, Green, and Cantrell) attended has two very good little guards. Tabby Cunningham is only a Junior BUT there is a very good 5'9" senior combo guard that has the grades and is under recruited at this point. Getting looks from Canisus, Drexel, etc.

PLEASE Bob bring in a damn point guard.
