The coaches of the top 3 teams (and Ruland) are much better and have improved as a group and individually. Since FF, Manhattan, Siena and Iona have more talent, and teams like Canisius, Niagara, Marist and Rider can't use their supposed advantage in "bench coaching" to offset talent deficiencies, I'd look for the league to split into 3 tiers this year, much along the lines you lay out, and for the 3 tiers to be very noticeable.
