Subject: Jamal Jackson?

I only heard bits and pieces of the game, but I saw in the T-U box score that Jamal played very few minutes after seeing considerable time and acuitting himself rather well against Iona. I wonder whether Niagara's zone defense was a factor in his limited time, or whether it was what he did or didn't do while he was in the game. It seems from the account in one of the papers, he was on the court at the end of the game and failed to rotate to the corner to cover the player whose game-tying 3 went in and out. Lanier seemed very upset that Niagara got a wide open 3. Also, in the post-game chat, Seymour told Lee, in response to a question about Prosper playing more 1 and Tommmy playing more off the ball, "we don't have a point guard." I don't want to read too much into his comment, but it would suggest that Jamal is still not "bringing it" every day as the staff seems to demand of everyone.
