We were having this exact conversation in the chat room.

Basically, infer from this that anyone that has even one fast bugger is going to get real intimate with us from 94 feet - as if there wasn't already enough proof. For me, all I need to remember was the look in Mitchell's eyes when Chalmers ventured past the halfcourt line.

And exactly the same thing we were asking - what is Lanier going to do? You will not manufacture a PG during the season. You need to have some solid drilling there, or so it would seem. Maybe there has been a lot of it and it's just not jelling yet.

Also, one other thing I'm not sure has been mentioned but admittedly am not reading so deeply. Did we hit even half of our FT tonight? We managed to get the ball into the post and commanded enough respect to get the contact. We pissed away more points than Shaquille O'Neal - we may not have been down 13 or 14 in the last quarter of the game and the desperation may not have had to happen.
