both Mitchell & Prosper are still in there, but at different positions..........we all know Jamal was brought here to run the show, and it works best with him in there, especially the fact that Siena is gonna be pressed to HELL every time out and Tommy Guns is not good with it.......makes sense, but it leaves him at the 2G........get over the Austin bit, he still gets his minutes off the bench, but as even you have mentioned, limited ability to rebound and soft D, makes Austin perhaps a more situational type player.......having Prosper at the SF doesn't really change the offensive philosophy, it actually makes Siena stronger with him at that spot than Austin.

So, these so-called changes are not about who is performing or not performing, but what works best!!!!!!
