I'm not a business major otherwise I would have attended Ryder ;-), but does Siena attendance rely on turnstile count? Many season ticket holders don't attend every game, but the guarantee is there. Also, the Pepsi has 20 luxury boxes that guarantee a certain amount of revenue.
