You mention above “he… has two daughters 2 and 5 he spanks them in diaper with a wooden spoon” from which we can infer that the two girls are also spanked on the vulva…. Since spanking in the diaper position is virtually synonymous with spanking girls on their genitals.

I’m an advocate for the diaper position, and in my opinion there’s no good reason for girls over 2 years of age not to get spanked in the diaper position, but I am curious - do you only know this to be the case because you’ve heard someone tell that he spanks his 2 year old and 5 year old this way? Or have you actually witnessed the two girls getting spanked?
