Sports are a great medicine when you feel blue and sad and activity like soccer and dance are very good to cement solidarity and mutual respect among the kids. Tanya had given up going to gymnastics because of her problems. Now she started all again and she's so happy to have find again all her team mates and all. If I were you I would think about it. Maybe with the soccer where you might also find an outlet for your frustration. Give it a think, okay? Don't give up, girl! And if that means to go through red bottom or thighs accept it as a way to grow up better. I give you the same suggestion I gave to Tanya: take a big sheet of paper, write on it in capital letters "Before acting please check the brain's connection is plugged in" and hang it up in front of your bed or desk or where you may see it the most. But thank you for saying that to me. My mommy said she is going to get me back playing with my soccer team and contact the coaches I played for I will be really nervous about it and I am not sure. Tanya sounds amazing to me and really brave about everything. She also stopped playing sports and stuff and now is back again and having fun and making friends. I am getting ready for bed 🛏️🥱 ok 😭😞 and I am not happy about it ok 😠 and my mommy already spanked me for saying no to her. I am going to write what you said down about my brain 🧠 and saying stuff before I get into trouble. At your young age it's very important you have enough sleep and I'd like to explain to you one of the reasons I say that. You know during the day you have a lot of experiences, some nice and some not, but anyway very important for your life. During the night, while you are sleeping, your mind is free to work for the archiving of all the experiences lived during the day so that, in the future, all this can be useful to you to know how to behave. Do you understand now how fundamentally important it is to have enough sleeping hours especially at your age? Date Posted: 23:29:31 05/05/25 Mon Hi Grampa and I am not very happy about going to school ok 😞 and this is going to be one of the first times I was early or even going to school for a whole day 😭 and my mommy said that my teacher is going to be calling her after remember that I told you that ok and my bottom hurts because I said I wanted to stay home instead. My mommy was saying no to me and said out of bed now and I said no. She never even gave me a chance to say anything ok and just walked over to me and said she had already given me a hug and kiss and was waken me up and now said here comes what happens for being bold and saying no to mommy and she took my nighty and spanked me really hard and fast ok and I said please stop mommy I am sorry 😔 and she kept spanking me and then said shower now and breakfast in ten minutes ok. I said that I was really sleepy and she said that is why I need to go to bed on time 😭 umm 🤔 not fair and said I will be going to bed early ok. Thank you for trying to explain about needing sleep ok 🥱 and I never used to have to go to bed until I wanted to go. To become a good girl is very simple: just obey to your lovely mom, who you perfectly know is doing all this just for your own good, and do how it's said you and you'll soon see all the benefit of that. Disobey or misbehave and the consequences will be as aspected very painful. Let me know how your school day is gone and if you did something other naughty. My teacher said at break that it looks like someone might have gotten a smacked bottom ok and I said mind your own business ok and she said excuse me young lady and you don't speak to me or anyone else like that ever again and gave me lines about having respect and being polite ok and said she was calling my mommy. You talk like my mommy here ok 😭 and my teacher. I still don't want to go to bed early today and my mommy called the soccer coaches and I will talk to them tomorrow. You said you don't want to be spanked but then you say to your teacher such a sentence? I'm afraid you'll have another night sleeping on your tummy or another day in classroom with a sore bottom if not both. I'm happy tomorrow you'll be able to meet with your old soccer coaches; It would be so good if you would be able to play again with the team! I keep my fingers crossed.
