Sounds like you're having the usual incredible workout with your instructor coach. Was that your maintenance session yesterday? Hi Lindsay and it is your cute and beautiful naked little rockstar superstar lol. My parents said hi and so did my instructor and I am not going to the climbing centre until Sunday silly billy lol.
