The deterioration of the teaching colleges themselves is abhorant. You go into the class and the teachers teaching the teachers have no ability to motivate. These are like tombs filled with zombies and its at least in Madang and Goroka. Frankly, the expats from developed countreis were far better than those we now have, including from other developing countreis. But it is impossible now to reverse the trend. You just cannot get many good teachers out of a teaching college environment that encourages the students to behave similar to if they were dead.
