This is exactly what we are talking about here. Projects will tend to decline if people just rush into the idea of manufacturing without gauging the pros and cons of starting a project in any environment.

Just having to "get on with it" as many of you may want, is the exact ingredient for the deteriorating and failure of so many rural projects that we now have in PNG.
