Subject: Schlafenszeiten

Neben der Taschengeldfrage, gibt es mit unseren Töchtern immer wieder auch Diskussionen darüber wann sie Abends zuhause und wann sie im Bett sein müssen. Wir bestehen darauf das beide spätestens um 18 Uhr zu hause sind, damit wir alle zusammen zu Abend essen können. Wenn am nächsten Tag Schule ist geht es für die 12 Jährige um 19:30 Uhr und für die 15 Jährige um 20:30 Uhr ins Bett. Eine halbe Stunde später ist dann jeweils Licht-Aus. Die Beiden müssen morgens um 6 Uhr aufstehen, damit sie es pünktlich zur Schule schaffen und ausreichender Schlaf ist uns wichtig. Am Wochenende dürfen beide in der Regel eine Stunde länger aufbleiben, wir wollen vermeiden das ihr Schlafrythmus zu sehr durcheinander kommt. Gelegentlich machen wir da aber mal eine Ausnahme. In den Ferien dürfen sie auch mal 2,3 Stunden länger aufbleiben.

Nach Ansicht unserer Töchter sind wir natürlich auch hier viel zu Streng. Besonders die große beklagt sich ständig das ihre Freundinnen alle so lange aufbleiben dürfen wie sie wollen.

Wie sieht es denn bei euch aus? Wann müssen eure Kinder im Bett sein?
