Ugh, that is ridiculous that there are places in England where their government is trying to ban outdoor smoking! Just pathetic that they have to pass such a law, when pubs and noone else was asking for such a law to pass. Also shouldn't it be up to each individual bar/pub, to decide what to do on the smoking issue?
