This was by far the lowest numbers Oklahoma ever had. It's like they are falling out of being in the smoking belt. I would like to think the 2019 numbers were a fluke. The 2020 data should be out in the next month or two.

Minnesota is just slightly below Illinois for white women. Both states have the same issue, their major population center dominates over the rest of the state. The smaller towns have more smoking but they don't have much weight in the overall state numbers.
