I think the wetness you have experienced after a spanking while crying it out is very common, more common than most girls or women like to admit. It is common for boys, too, to have an erection while crying out a spanking, and sometimes--not always--have an ejaculation before they cry themselves to sleep. For both girls and boys this is not, as you say, evidence of a desire to get spanked, but there is a sexual relief involved--a peak of pleasure if you will that it is over and that the worst pain at the height of the spanking is over. That's my understanding anyway. I would always get wet between my legs afterwards when I cried out a spanking.
