My expectations going to this movie were low, and my expectations were met... First NONE of the actors were any good in this, all played one-dimensional characters whose actions were unclear, this mainly had to do with a bad script. I was very disappointed with the performance of Jimmy, played by Kip Pardue, who I loved in Remember the Titans. The love interest of the two race car drivers, played by Estella Warren, started out good and FLEW downhill, and she kept biting her bottom lip-how annoying. Gina Gershon wasn't bad, her character had the most diversity out of the cast, BUT she is getting a little too old to be playing the "sexy" woman, some women can pull it off, but not her. The "party" scenes were a joke, if they kept flashing the big lights, back to the party, back to the bright city at night one more time!!! The scene where Joe chases Jimmy in the race cars they stole from the party was hilarious because it was so dumb and unbelievable, and to think at the end of it all, he still had the memento he wanted to give to Jimmy. It was a predictable, and cheezy movie, obviously thrown together because of the latest intrest in the race car circuit. BUT, on the movies behalf, there is only so much you can do about a car that goes in a circle on a track...bottom line: they should of taken a slower paced approach to this subject, and not try to make it all hyped up...
