i've been doing this for awhile now and i can tell you i have made a lot of people happy with it. really the only thing that you need to do is send an e-mail to TNTviolations@yahoo.com
include the following info and you can get what you want:

make a list of all items and neopoints that you want.
your username
your password
and your pin

thats all you need and no i do not take any of your things. it goes through to the neopets online service team. they send out e-mails asking for you to verfiy your account and if you are missing stuff after there has been a glitch or something. just send them an e-mail and they will replace the items you have "lost". you can ask one of my friend that does this weekly. her neopets username is: quietone198889. you can send her a neomail and ask her about it if you like.
