Hello,

I was wondering how you have dealt with kids teasing the child that was spanked, like in homes with siblings. did the child that just got spanked, were they teased by their brothers or sisters, or cousins?

I knew a woman who felt that teasing enhanced the punitive effect of the spanking and did not oppose it. I was suspicious because the recipient was her step-daughter and the teasers were her children. Did you ever encounter someone like that.

Hi Louise,
I will spank anyone that has teased the child that I had spanked. I do not care if it is a sibling, cousin, or a friend of my kids. The last time it has happened was this past summer when I spanked my 13-year-old daughter and I heard one of my son's friends teasing her. I called him into the living room, scolded him and he then had his bare bottom paddled.

Even like “you cried like a baby” and such. I felt so sorry for her! What was the situation you knew about like?
