While this is not the most serious offence to come before this court, it is nonetheless a matter that must be addressed and punished. On this occasion, the court imposes a punishment being 4 licks of the leather strap to your underwear covered bottom, which you can choose if you like be reduced to a formal warning today. However, be advised if you choose this that any further infractions will result in an 8 licks of the leather strap to your bare bottom , in addition to any new punishment deemed appropriate.
