When it came time for your bottom to be bared for a spanking, did anybody else provide some light resistance?

When I was young, when my mom would try to unbutton my pants to pull them down, I remember shooing her hands away and/or grabbing hold of my belt loops to prevent it. This usually resulted in extra scolding and she would turn me to the side and give me some spanks to be behind until I let her do it.

When I got older she stopped pulling my pants down and ordered me to do it myself. I usually waited until the absolute last second. One time, I pulled down my pants, but not my underwear. She didn’t specify the underwear had to come down too!

With my dad resisting wasn’t an option…he was much bigger and stronger.

When I pulled my son’s underpants down for a spanking he would cover his face with his hands moaning “NO no no no NO” and wiggling his hips a bit.
My daughter often pleaded to keep her panties on “just this once” to no avail. The only times she grabbed her panties to keep them up was when she was being spanked in front of her younger brother.
I’d do that same thing, give her some sharp slaps to her bare thighs until she relented and I’d pull her panties down while she burst into tears.

What happened when you didn’t take your underpants down?
