Ir sounds like your Mom was on her best behavior when your Dad was around. I wouldn't consider it that much of a wait though since you didn't know it was coming. A nasty shock to be sure though. Do you remember what she has so mad about?

I don’t think mom consciously modified her behaviour when dad was at home. I think that she was happier, in a general way, when that was the case. Leona
