I _have_ the cable from the iMac - it ends in a 50-way IDC connector - just like standard SCSI. Obviously, the 40 IDE data signals and the power signals - and probably the audio signals - are all there somwhere, but I've also searched for schematics for the connector, with no luck.

In fact, because there's also a cable stub that goes to the iMac's HD, I know where the 40 IDE signals are - it's just the remaining 10 that are a mystery.
