It doesn't look like Newark has anything in blue and the 1206 package. If you want the 1206 package you can get red, yellow or green. If you change to a different series that is 0.2 mm wider (and 0.2 mm shorter in height) and has no integral lense, you can get blue as well. Look Here for the blue. These are the 1206 package ones.
