Subject: Confirmation please. 3.3 V PCI experts please respond

I am finally building a PCC 6500. I am going to use an LC power supply mounted behind the ZIP drive and Hard drive where the speaker used to fit with a relay. (it fits well). I have perused the archives looking for PSU information and think that I do not need a 3.3. regulator. I have no plans for PCI cards. Is this going to fly? I think I read that there is an internal 3.3 supply that will work well as long as I have lots of current at 5 and 12 vdc. Is this correct? I hope so. Someone please let me know. I plan to run a ZIP drive, 10 GB hard drive, 6500/225, and comm slot 2 ethernet as well as an AV card and TV tuner. Thanks for the help.
Scott
