Subject: Jumper J19 on the Analog Board(?)
In reply to: Chris Lawson 's message, "Re: A few follow-up questions" on 20:03:33 10/11/01 Thu

I just finished verifying the connections with a continuity tester and everything checked out ok. I was looking over the documentation (again) and noticed Takky's description of the Analog Board Mod:

- Remove the Jumper line J19 on the analog board;
- Connect the input terminal, which is connected to LP14, of the negative voltage regulator (L7905) at IP8 to the line from the S1 pin of the connector.

The only mod I did was as described on Stuart's site (connecting the two points on the analog board as pictured and verified continuity). Is there more to the analog mod? I (perhaps wrongly) assumed Stuart's description was just Takky's in a more clear & concise manner. Do I need to cut/disconnect J19? Something else?

Sooo close, yet so far :(
