IMHO, over this recurring IDE wiring issue, a typo which switches C11 for C50 is so fundamental that it goes beyond a simple typo - it's crucial to the whole debate, and could easily have misled people who read conflicting advice in the archives of this Forum.

It's a bit like saying that (in the UK) mains wiring uses brown for earth and yellow/green stripe for live. Sure, it could be a typo, but a typo of such proportions. . . . . .

When Alexey has written such a definitive page on the IDE wiring question, and the _facts_ if not the _opinions_ therein are, I think, beyond dispute, why do we need to add to the confusion?
