It's the full PowerCC modification, albeit without the 3.3v line.

IMHO, it's not worth putting a 5200 board in a CC, given that a 575 board involves so little work and will be as fast, and if you're doing the full PCC work, other faster boards are so much cheaper than they used to be - all under the $100 these days.
