That's usually a problem with the angle of the yoke. To adjust the yoke, loosen the screw on the plastic yoke (on the neck of the CRT) and put a mirror in front of the CC so you can see what you're doing. Rotate the coils very carefully until the picture is straight.

There's an explanation with a diagram/pictures of this on one of the sites; I think it's on Takky's site.
