You have to keep like-voltages separated; hooking up power supplies in parallel isn't easy or practical. The 40 watt 5V power supply I used has one 5V output wire which winds downward and loops through the 630 connector's two 5V connections. The 12V and ground pins of the 630 connector are hooked up to the old power supply. Essentially:

CC power supply:
Provides 12v to 630 connector, hard drive, fans, and relay. Provides grounding for all components. Provides 5V only to hard drive and 3.3V regulator.

5V power supply:
Activated by relay, provides 5V only to 630 connector.
