So that was 2 hrs total for the 4 subjects. Actually 30 mins doesn't seem that bad, unless there was no need based on the assignment to spend 30 mins on the subject. Overall though I think 30 mins is probably about average I think.

Yes, I agree with you that you should not have been spanked if those comments did not apply specifically to you. It's too bad that your Dad saw the need to apply the belt anyway.
