It does go a bit overboard when I tell it there are posters on the walls. If I don't it hangs framed art and if I don't specify single bed it puts a double bed and makes the room more adult.

When I wrote big wooden spoon it put a spoon on the bed that was big and looked unrealistic compared to the other details. I just wrote that the spoon was laying on the bed. So it's positioning is up to AI.
